Training Administrator

Due to the ongoing growth and expansion of our educational activities we are seeking someone proactive, organised, and with strong administrative skills to support us in coordinating the successful delivery of our training programmes.

Job type: Part-time, permanent contract.  
Hours per week:
18 (flexible, over three days)
Salary: £13.33 per hour (£26,000 pro-rata)
Location: Basingstoke

Key Duties:

    • Course Administration – Supporting with a wide range of administrative tasks Including processing of training bookings, updating fee records and setup of student and course records on our systems.

    • Course Preparations – Supporting administratively with the production and updating of course relating documentation and facilities arrangements ready for new course deliveries including schemes of work, assessment schedules, venue bookings, awarding body visits and arrangements for examinations.

    • Student Support – Acting as a point of contact for training related queries and troubleshooting. Including provision of information, advice, and guidance about our courses to potential applicants.

    • Communications – Working with wider team to ensure that our customer facing literature promoting our courses remain accurate and up to date, assisting with tasks such as updating course information on our website and providing information for marketing materials.

    • General Administration – To work collaboratively with wider colleagues to support the effective administration of Mindspace College and Counselling services, including supporting wider administration during times of team annual leave or absence.
