Corporate Wellbeing Workshops for Your Team
A practical, facilitator-led two-hour workshop delivered in-person at your workplace — equipping your employees with the awareness and tools to support their mental health at work.
Workplace wellbeing support, delivered by professionals
At Mindspace Foundation, we believe that every employee deserves access to clear, practical mental health information — not just those who are already struggling. Our corporate workshop brings professional-quality wellbeing training directly to your team, at your premises, within a single two-hour session.
Founded in 2018, we are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. Funds generated from our training and services are targeted towards reducing the costs for those facing financial barriers to accessing support.
Our workshops are facilitated by experienced practitioners who:
- Maintain active membership with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
- Engaging in regular specialist training and clinical supervision to ensure their skills remain up-to-date and in line with best practice
- Have undertaking rigourous training and assessment in order to begin their work with us
"I felt really heard for the first time, without judgement or fear of others knowing that I was struggling to cope. Thank you."
The workshop covers:
Each topic builds on the last, taking participants on a clear journey from awareness through to practical skills and cultural change.

The importance of sharing wellbeing information with your team
Many employees experiencing difficulties at work never access support — often because the culture hasn't made it feel safe to do so. When employees receive clear, practical information about mental health in a non-judgmental environment, they are significantly more likely to recognise challenges early, seek appropriate support, and help their colleagues effectively. Information-sharing breaks the cycle of silent suffering, and it doesn't require clinical expertise to make a real difference.

The benefits of employee welfare for businesses
Poor mental health costs UK employers billions each year through lost productivity, absenteeism, and staff turnover. Organisations that invest in wellbeing awareness see measurable improvements in team performance, retention, and resilience. Beyond the business case, employers have a legal and ethical duty of care in relation to their employees' mental health — and providing structured, professional training is a meaningful step in meeting that responsibility.
